Recommended Art Shows

The Portland Art Museum returned to in person art viewing and is well worth a visit. One of several current exhibitions is Hito Steyerl: This is the Future  Feb 11, 2023 – Jun 18, 2023.

Also, virtually across the street is a nice gallery at the First Congregational Church, 1126 SW Park Ave, Portland, Oregon.

Recently seen: Mezzotint rocker prints and a series of smaller 2D work in the main gallery.

In Portland’s South Park Blocks, outside the First Congregational Church, are spectacular light sculptures, some kinetic and changing colors. Tip: Go after dark to see the lights better.
